Military Readiness Specialist
Key Role:
Assist the USAR and transitioning soldiers with seeking support services, including job seeking, developing and enhancing resumes, job application processes, job interview assistance, and jobs skills translation from military to civilian careers. Assist military dependents, veterans, and sister service members. Maintain active communication with private sector partners and collaborators in their individual areas of responsibility. Assist with the management, oversight, guidance, and support of the program in the furtherance of developing a private sector partner and collaborator.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with HR or recruiting
Knowledge of Army Reserve occupations and organizational structure
Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in HR or a related field
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
