Responsible for supporting the daily operations of their assigned location by effectively communicating with package handlers, drivers, contractors, customers, and other Operations team members.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
1.
Work directly with the Operations Manager in coordinating the receiving and processing of all inbound freight paperwork from drivers.
2.
Perform yard and dock trailer reconciliation by walking and verifying trailers located in the yard and or dock area.
3.
Complete various reports for customers as needed such as Smartsheet, bobtail, yard checks, VRS, lineup sheets, and others related tasks.
4.
Assist with training new personnel as well as needed.
5.
Assist dock operations with Flo-K data entry and other related tasks.
6.
Communicate with inbound drivers to assign dock doors or yard zones.
7.
Perform other related duties as required.
8.
Expected to meet performance standards set by management and to comply with all company policies and procedures.
9.
Ability to speak, read and interpret documents printed in English such as policies and procedures, freight bills, bills of lading, computer reports and printouts, invoices, and work orders.
10.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English routine reports and correspondence.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
