Our North American branch is looking for a new Sr.
HR Excellence Manager to join our Human Resources team.
This role is hybrid and open to work from any of our major Contact Logistics sites including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New Jersey, and Inland Empire (Los Angeles).

HR Excellence Manager will support our Kuehne+Nagel 2026 Roadmap.
In this role, you will commission and oversee the development and implementation of new and standardizing existing policies, processes, and tools with the aim of introducing good and consistent HR practices and relevant solutions for stakeholders across the organization.
This role is hybrid and open to work from any of our major Contact Logistics sites including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New Jersey, and Inland Empire (Los Angeles).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Drive standardization, efficiency gains and simplifications in HR processes across the North American region while keeping the customer needs in mind Act as an HR Business Partner to ensure the success of the Business Transformation by driving sustainable HR alignment and change management Lead succession efforts throughout North America Leverage the internal resources of the support change management framework to implement new processes for the transformation of our Employee Experience Conduct employee/business impact analysis, adoption, communications, and training (consider combining) Develop ongoing post-implementation knowledge acquisition and transfer strategies to build change adoption confidence and capability within the organization Support in building leadership capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES 5
years' experience in a HR focused leadership and/or project management role Experience in 3PL Contract Logistics Demonstrates an ability to design and implement high-level HR strategies at a national level Experience utilizing data analytics for designing and implementing KPIs Has supported business and process improvement transformation programs Experience presenting to clients major stakeholders at all levels in the organization Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively as an individual contributor in a complex, fast paced environment across all levels Can travel domestically and internationally up to 25% GOOD REASON TO JOINWe offer a great compensation package, medical, dental, and retirement benefits package, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, excellent training programs and a dynamic global work environment.
